Do you separate upper and base cabinets?

Always. Uppers and bases are listed separately in linear feet because they price differently, and specialty units are counted each.

How are countertops measured?

In square feet by material, with sink and cooktop cutouts counted and finished edges in linear feet.

Can you use my shop rates and markup?

Yes. Send your shop rates, material pricing and markup and we build them into the Excel file.

Do you work from interior elevations?

Yes. Interior elevations and casework details give the most accurate counts, so send them with the floor plans whenever you have them.

How much does a millwork takeoff cost?
