How we handle your information

What we collect. When you request a quote, fill out a form (including Facebook and Instagram lead forms) or email us, we collect your name, company, email, phone number, project details and the plans or documents you send.

How we use it. Only to reply to you, prepare quotes and estimates, deliver your work and follow up about your request. We may send occasional updates about our services, and you can opt out anytime by replying "unsubscribe."

What we never do. We do not sell, rent or share your information or your plans with anyone else, other than the service providers we use to run the business (such as email, payment and file-storage tools), who may only use it to provide those services.

Plans and files. Plans and estimates are kept confidential and are deleted 90 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep them.

Cookies and ads. This site uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure visits and show our ads to people who have visited the site. Meta may collect information such as pages viewed and your device and browser details, and it uses cookies to do this. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or block third-party cookies in your browser.
