How do you measure partitions?
By wall type from the partition schedule, in linear feet at each height, then converted to studs, track and board by the sheet with waste shown separately.
Do you count board by the sheet?
Yes. Board is listed in square feet and in sheets by size and type, so you can order and price it directly.
Can you separate finish levels?
Yes. Level 4 and Level 5 areas are broken out so you can price them correctly.
Are door frames included?
Only if they are in your scope. Hollow metal frames are usually Division 08 and are excluded in writing unless you ask for them.
How much does a drywall takeoff cost?
A single-trade takeoff is $99. Full priced estimates are $249 for residential or remodel and $499 for custom homes or commercial. Monthly plans start at $299 for 4 takeoffs.
