FAQ
Concrete estimating: common questions
What do I need to send for a concrete takeoff?
The structural sheets (S-series) with foundation plans, sections and schedules, plus the architectural site and floor plans and your bid date.
Do you include rebar?
Yes. Rebar is listed by bar size in linear feet and tons, with laps and waste shown so you can price or send it to a fabricator.
Can you separate concrete by pour or phase?
Yes. We can break quantities out by building, level, pour or phase so you can plan crews and deliveries.
Do you add waste to concrete volumes?
Net volumes are listed with a separate waste line, so you can use your own waste factor.
How much does a concrete takeoff cost?
A single-trade takeoff is $99. Full priced estimates are $249 for residential or remodel and $499 for custom homes or commercial. Monthly plans start at $299 for 4 takeoffs, and unused takeoffs roll over.
